44 Portland Street, Worcester, MA
The Printer’s Building is a historic/industrial building at 44-50 Portland Street in downtown Worcester, MA. Completed in 1923 for the local printing industry trade group, it continues to serve that role under the original ownership.
The 7-story concrete and brick structure was completely renovated in 2020. The exterior facades were cleaned and repaired and all existing windows were replaced with historic steel replica windows. All interior spaces were updated with new mechanical systems. New tenant fit-out maintains the original industrial feel.
This was a multi-year renovation that resulted in a multi-tenanted creative community building.
